Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the share function : on the external player page, nothing happens when I click on the jw player - which does not freeze : I can set the volume or switch to fullscreen.

Here's a screenshot :

I checked the jsp and tried to change it with GreenTentacle's mod (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7599&p=30161) but same issue.
I also tried to access the url with my external ip, my local ip and my subsonic domain.

Here's my externalPlayer.jsp : http://freetexthost.com/6ny2jn3aii

Could someone please help me figuring this out ?

Excuse my frenchy english and thank you :)

Try changing the file over here:

Code: Select all
file: "${streamUrl}${song.video ? "&maxBitRate=\" + maxBitRate" : "\""},
image: "${coverUrl}",
title: "${fn:escapeXml(song.title)}",
provider: "${song.video ? "video" : "sound"}",
description: "${fn:escapeXml(song.metaData.artist)}"
};

to
Code: Select all
file: "${streamUrl}",

Also try changing "list[${loopStatus.count - 1}] = {" to "list".

Thanks for your help ytechie, I followed your idea but no changes ether..

I checked the page with the Chrome's Element Inspector and there is a 404 error for http://192.168.0.1/share/script/plugins ... rms.min.js
(same with my extern IP)

Obviously it's a wrong path (/share/), I tried to create a "share" directory in /webapp/ with a copy of the "script" directory but same 404 error..

Do you think this wrong url might be the source of my problem ?

Again, thanks for your help. :)

I think the share should be [subsonic]/share/. The scripts are in [subsonic]/script/. I'm not quite sure what you did here, but the path you posted (/share/script) doesn't exist as far as I know.

Well good news, I checked the source code of my sharing and everythings seems ok : playlists, stream links, etc.
With a stream link ( [subsonic]/stream?path... ) I can access a page with a default player, so the problem might be with the JWplayer, which is empty.

You are probably right. If the JW player isn't giving you an error, then there is something wrong with the file it is being provided. Try playing around with it. Just make a backup before you start to change everything around.
