Cache Limit?

I have about 20GB of music in the cache (for occasional offline access) and now when I try to launch Subsonic, it's hit & miss whether it launches at all. A blank screen ensues, with Subsonic in the title bar, and eventually it times out and states that "process.net.sourceforge.subsonic.androidapp is not responding".

Is there a limit on the cache (setting to unlimited)?

Edit to add: now I'm getting a force close window - "The application Subsonic (process.net.sourceforge.subsonic.androidapp) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again later". The app never even launched ?

Try deleting some of your cache? How much free space do you have?

That's actually what I ended up doing. This was a 32GB card. I guess at that capacity of cached music, Subsonic starts choking. Understandable I guess - must be [indexing] it upon launch or something.

I was also going to try to make playlists using the cached music (for other players), but after investigating the format they're being saved as (added hypens, *complete., etc), too laborious for that.

Thanks for your response.
