Force Android Subsonic App To Sync Music

First time post and hopefully I am not asking too simple a question.
I have gone through the forums, site and wiki trying to find an answer but I have had not luck.
Is there a way for the Android Subsonic app to sync ALL the music on the server, without actually playing it? That is, just grab any changes to to music on the server and download it to my phone (Google Galaxy Nexus /w ICS).
Its caching anything I play obviously, but I was hoping I could sync everything first and then I could play it offline locally on my phone later.
I hope that makes some sense...
