Have you opened up the Windows Firewall to allow port 80 traffic? Do you already have another web server running on port 80 on your machine?

Yes, and I've tried other ports. And obviously, if the time is taken to actually read my post, every documentation on this website. And this is day three of this.

Where in any post in this thread did you say you had checked the Windows firewall?
