Sounds like a cool feature... but I'm not seeing where this is implemented, and can't find anything in the wiki about it.

Does the user you are logged in as have the "share files with anyone" option enabled ?
If so the google button is next to the facebook and twitter buttons. Change your theme if they are not showing.

Oh thanks! Erm, where is that option for users so I can check to see if it's set?
