Well, my iPhone works great at home, but in my work it's imposible to connect. I always receive this message in the beggining:

"There was an error parsing the API check XML response.

Error: the operation couldn't be completed.

(NSXMLP ParserErrorDomain error 38).

So, it's not useful for me despite I've paid for the app.

Can anyone help, please? This software is totally magic and a great idea, but only if it works...

However I would suggest you contact the iphone app developers for assistance.
