<-------------------------Subsonic Help Request---------------------->
Problem Description: Had no problems up until a few weeks ago. Now can't access server via PC or iOS. When I try to access via PC, I get this on the website from this url: http://localhost:8084/

HTTP ERROR: 503

SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
RequestURI=/

Powered by jetty://

Troubleshooting Steps: Have tried other open ports (80,4040, etc.), changed back to a dynamic ip, then changed to a new static ip and opened my ports up after resetting my router, have run port checkers to see if ports are actually open. My subsonic headphones are always "green." Have even removed Subsonic program from PC and re-installed.
Playback Application and version: Standard Subsonic Web Interface and iSub on iOS device (iPad2)
Subsonic Version: 4.6 (latest download)
Server Version: n/a (can't connect to url - see above)
Hardware Platform: (Windows 7 Ultimate) Java 1.6.0
Java Memory Limit: (100mb)
Problem Filename: n/a
Output from ffmpeg -i: (Is this necessary since it is not a specific file I'm having issues with?)
Last ten log file lines: (n/a due to url being inaccessible.)

Hope you can help!

Try http://localhost:8084 e.g. leave off the trailing "/"

Are you clicking on the link shown in the control panel?

Try increasing your memory to say 256MB
If that doesn't work turn off the pc firewall temporarily and test again.

I'm very appreciative of your timely replies and your concern for me addressing this matter. I tried upping the limit to the amount you suggested, turned off my firewall, but still with no adieu. It's such a strange issue, I keep getting that same HTTP 503 error. Let me know if you need any screen captures! Thanks again.

Have you tried entering your full server local ip address into the browser eg http://192.168.0.xxx:8084?
Sometimes routers block localhost connections
I assume you are not using a context path in the control panel eg music or subsonic?
The last thing to try is do a clean install of SS - rename the c:\subsonic folder and re-install.

Thank you Gary J!!! Deleting the "db" file under c:/subsonic fixed this issue!

Now my only problem is that since I lost my settings, I'm all set up, but it sees me as someone who hasn't donated yet. Who do I speak to about resolving this issue?

Re - enter your licence details, or if you did as I suggested and renamed, re-import your subsonics.scripts file.

^ Unfortunately I didn't think to save my old script file. I just deleted it (and everything else in the db folder as the 503 Error link suggested). I did an email search and nothing came up for licence details (I can't remember receiving one).

As for evidence, I'm sure I could provide a PayPal receipt if needed. Is there someone I could contact about this? Or any other suggestions to find my licensing information?

Thanks again for all the help.
