Changing Logo

How do you changed the displayed logo once in subsonic and also the login page?

Aparently this cannot be done anymore (Using 3.5.beta2), the logo reverts back to subsonic once the server is started. (at least on windows machines).

I correct myself.. it works. Hmmm.. I crazy

In the C:\subsonic\jetty\webapp\icons directory I tried to change the logo, by creating a new subsonic_black.png renaming the original subsonic_black.old; that did NOT work.

What am I doing wrong?

I did both the subsonic_black.png and the subsonic_white.png.. the "theme" I'm using pulls the subsonic_white.png image.
