Ogg transcode continuously transcodes the file?

I've tested this as happening both when trying to stream to my iPhone using iSub and to my laptop with the Subsonic web interface. I set up an OGG transcoding with the command "ffmpeg -i %s -acodec libvorbis -ab %bk -f ogg -", and when I try to stream a song the Subsonic log shows that it keeps trying to transcode the song repeatedly while I'm listening to it, which eventually causes an error in playback when it tries to play a part of the song that hasn't been transcoded yet on the current run, even though it's already been transcoded dozens of times already. I have no idea how to go about fixing this, please help!

ffmpeg -v 0 -i %s -f ogg -vn -acodec libvorbis -ar 44100 -aq 4 -ac 2 -map_meta_data 0:0 -

If it doesn't work, drop back to ver. 4.5

4.6 has trouble with ogg transcoding that we hope will get fixed in 4.7

Sometimes I have to clear the cache on my Android phone to get a list to play.
