Subsonic for Mac can't see files on Drobo FS

Postby houdini2930 » Sun May 06, 2012 10:10 pm

I'm having trouble setting up Subsonic on my new Mac Mini. My music library is located on a Drobo FS on my local network. These drobos are password protected. Once authenticated, the path to the media library is:

/Volumes/DroboFS/tdb113570607/1/Storage/Music

I put this into Subsonic's Media Folders and Subsonic simply can't find anything. It just says "No media folders found." I've tried refreshing my cache.

I'm not sure what to do?? Could it be that Subsonic needs to authenticate somehow??

SS needs to run under an account that can access (R/W) the media folders.
How you do that with your OS I have no idea :?

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, Image but some abuse the privilege!

Due to the confusion from too many genres of music, we have decided to put both country music and rap music into the genre of Crap music.

Figured it out... I simply had the path typed incorrectly. Whoops. :)
