I've somehow in the process of upgrading lost all admin controls, i can no longer change other peoples passwords, reindex folder, change folder locations, change my own password or anything.... etc

Is there something i'm missing? like is my only solution to delete the tomcat database?

If you can remember the admin password, you can log out and in again as "admin". Then you can restore your settings.

That is who I login as anyways >.< i never made my own account i just use admin.
