Android app randomly plays music when screen is off?

I have to be honest -- there's not much trouble shooting I've done for this problem because it's very sporadic and I'm not even sure what might be causing it.
I'm running version 4.6 (build 2583) of the server and version 3.3 of the android app. I noticed this started occurring when I installed a new version of a custom ROM for my Samsung Galaxy S II. The other thing is that it seems like it only happens when I'm using my computer (and perhaps logged into the subsonic server from my desktop). I initially noticed the issue before I went to work yesterday, I rebooted the phone before I went to work (and installed a different modem, but doubt that has anything to do with that) and while I listened to music off and on while at work, it didn't randomly play music while I was at work so I figured it was just a transient problem. However it did it again this morning -- it was around the time I was adding a CD to the server (which is when you see me play that first song). It just randomly starts playing a song, even when I'm not even touching the phone and have had subsonic "paused" for about 5-6 hours.
For what it's worth, I use a different subsonic account on my android phone ('chris') and when I do stuff from my desktop ('admin'). Don't know if that makes a difference.
Here's the last ten lines of my server status:
I've pinned all the songs from my playlists, so I'm guessing that's why it doesn't show up in the log -- for what it's worth, it was playing "夏 wanna say love U" by 9nine not long after I woke up, which was around 5:30 or so IIRC. When I noticed it was playing it was at the beginning of the song, making me think the "next" button was getting triggered somehow, but I don't remember exactly what song was playing the last time I was actually listening to music. Everytime I notice it start playing it seems to start playing a different song.
I'm using the Subsonic android client as pretty much an offline mode (although not explicitly the offline mode) as all my songs are pinned and I really only have one playlist I really listen to that has a fair amount of songs in it.
Any ideas of why this is happening? My first thought was that it had something to do with the ROM I installed, but I have no clue why it would affect Subsonic when I doubt the author of the ROM even uses that software. I don't even know where to start with this, and it'd probably suck to have it start playing music on the sales floor.
Thanks!
