How can I set expiration Date of shared Media?
How can I unshare shared media?

Yes, go to Settings -> Shared media. You might need to use the scrollbar to scroll to the right as the "Share" lines tend to get quite long.

How can I edit the standard shared media expiration date? So that it's standard only 2 hours or sth like this?

As far as I know there's no such option, so you'd have to alter the source code and build your own subsonic.war if it's important for you. Or does somebody else know how to do that?
