I have been having some trouble getting Subsonic installed after moving from the standalone installation to the full installation. Currently my problem is that FLAC files are not being played. The details as required are below:

Troubleshooting Steps: I have symlinked LAME to /var/subsonic/transocde
Playback Application and version: Standard Subsonic Web Interface
Subsonic Version: 4.6 (build 2583) – December 6, 2011
Server Version: Apache Tomcat/6.0.35, java 1.6.0_07, FreeBSD (131.3 MB / 288.7 MB)
Hardware Platform: FreeBSD home server
Java Memory Limit: 100mb (I think)

nb. the mp3 files played fine, while the FLAC files look like they are buffering but never actually begin playing.
What have I done wrong?
