ubuntu 11 upgrade problems from ss 4.6 to 4.7b2

well, to make it short. i run ubuntu 11.04 64. ss 4.6 is running generally fine. when i try to upgrade to 4.7b2 i get the following errors:
1. trying with ubuntu software center:

the package is of bad quality

Lintian check results for /home/lsdeep/Downloads/subsonic-4.7.beta2.deb:

2. trying with terminal

dpkg: error processing subsonic-4.7.beta2.deb (--install):
cannot access archive: No such file or directory
Errors were encountered while processing:
subsonic-4.7.beta2.deb


anybody has a tip/ solution???
