Uploaded Files Not Seen By Subsonic

Hi All,

I'm having a strange issue that doesn't seem to have been addressed elsewhere. When I upload files they don't appear in Subsonic.

I am always logged in as an admin. I create a zip file. I upload it and automatically unpack it to the default "Incoming" folder. I get confirmation in the browser that the file has been uploaded and unzipped. But then it doesn't show up in my SS music list. I have tried moving the files into general music folder where all of my established music sits, however SS still seems unable to see it. The files don't seem corrupt as I am able to play them on Windows Media Player.

I have tried rebooting the server computer.
I have tried signing out of SS and signing back in.
After reading another post, I tried updating the "Search Index" after which I was able to search and find several of my uploads. However SS seemed to find them based upon their mp3 tag info, not their folder name. When viewing the files via search, there is no "Up" navigation option. And they continue to be absent from my music list.

I'm not sure what else to try.
