I have this issue from yesterday.... and i dont know what to do... i had this problem monts before but it fixed by itself....

First thing is to try is to hit save in settings/network.
If it still reports the same you need to check that the port is still open.
Use http://canyouseeme.org to check.

I was having the same issue and I think it was caused by my ISP blocking traffic on the port I was using. Subsonic's settings page showed that the port was forwarding correctly, but the URL would always timeout. I tried the open port check recommended above and it couldn't see the one I was using so I changed to one more commonly used and an ISP would know of (like 3389 for RDP) and that worked. Thx BKKKPewsey for the link to the port check URL!

Thanx! I change the port to 3389, and restart my router, IT WORKS! Thanx all for the help...
