On the Network page, under the "Access your server over the Internet using an easy-to-remember address" part it says that my name is registered, but it cannot connect to it.

"Status: XXXXXX.subsonic.org is registered, but could not connect to it. (HttpHostConnectException)"

I have all of my port forwarding set correctly, but I cannot access the server on any other computer

If you cannot access the server from within your own lan - then its most likely the firewall
Otherwise its usually the port forwarding in the router.

I am able to access it via LAN. But not sure what the issue with the Port Forwarding would be since I even set it up with PFConfig

Use http://canyouseeme.org to check that the port is open
