Port Forwarding Disabled HELP please

I have spent at least 6 hours on this and I am going crazy. I have been running Subsonic well over a year, actually almost two. Love the app. I use my Droid X and stream music. Set the port forwarding up no problem, in fact I have two other aps,a web cam and a reef aquarium controller also ported and I check them on my phone all the time. They still work. All of a sudden a few days ago, I could no longer download music to my phone. I would connect to the server and see my music (because it's cached on the phone) but couldn't play anything. I suddenly saw a trial thing when I was looking around my settings on my server so I figured that was it, I had to pay now. So I did. Same thing! I noticed that under networking it says "port forwarding is disabled". How is that? It also says that my server name address is registered but not connecting. The forwarded port is correctly 4040. What in the heck is going on? I've checked the FAQ's, can't see anything amiss except that the port forwarding is disabled. How? Who did it? How do I fix it?

If you have the tick box "Automatically configure your router blah blah" unticked in settings/network then you will see that message.
Use http://canyouseeme.org to check that the port is still open.
Also hit save in networks/settings which will force a refresh.
