Cannot access music using NFTS mount point

Hi Team,
I mount all my usb drives to Ntfs folders to get around windows changing drive letters. Ie, my computer\manage\disk mgmt.
Problem is I cannot access my music from a http:\\ browser outside my home. Under media folders setting, all the paths showup with http://blockedcontent/\USB\MUSIC when I look at the settings from a PC outside my home. However from my home PC the path appears normal ie without the HTTP://blockedcontent addition. Keep in mind it works perfect if I put a drive letter in the path ie,
D:\USB\MUSIC. Any way around this? Thx
