amazon.de for album artwork

I have a large mp3 collection (40,000+ files). The problem is a large portion of it is a genre called "industrial" music...

It is more popular in germany than in the US. Is there a way to make the scan for album artwork also check amazon.de? A large portion of my albums are on there but are not on amazon.com.

Is there a setting I can tweak to add this myself?
