Limit simultaneous logins by username and/or IP?

I am using 4.2 in OpenFiler with Tomcat and was wondering if there are plans to add greater control of user logins via Subsonic like limit how many simultaneous logins at once based on either username or IP or force logout when a certain streamed or downloaded cap has been reached or time period total/idle amount.

As far as limiting logins by username or IP, is this something that I could manage with Tomcat? Not too familiar with it but not afraid to poke around.

i'd like to see this as well. i would also like to be able to freeze an account instead of deleting and then recreating it.
