User(group) permissions files/folders and Upload function

I think Subsonic really needs user group permissions to restrict personal and public files/folders. When that is possible, I would start sharing music with others. Normally, people download a million mp3's and only want to share a small selection that they find very good.

Further more, I also miss a music file upload function, let's keep all functionality browser based inside Subsonic.

I think these two features are very important.
