button listing tracks cached locally on smartphone

I would like to see on the smartphones apps "home screen" an item that shows

"Locally Cached Songs/Videos"

and lists the music clips/movie clips that are locally offline-cached on the smartphone. Especially useful if you have set subsonic NOT to allow your smartphones OS to traverse and index subsonics' locally/offline cached songs.

Especially useful if you've allocated 5 GB for cache, and are inside some 'bunker-building' that has no WIFI and shields your cellular-signal off, so you've to rely on whats cached, and cant remember jack-squack what you played last

apparently there IS a sort of workaround, which is rather a bit hidden away. I stumbled over it by accident.
One has to go to the main-screen and select as "server"the OFFLINE option. then it'll just show the tracks that are cached in the cellular subsonic client.
