cached music is hidden from other media player

Feature Request for Android Mobile App:
Some times when I have a poor data connection and wanna listen to music that I know I have downloaded already via subsonic to my mobile, I will just open up the default samsung media player. It used to see all the media that I downloaded and would display it with covers. It has a clean interface and a "cover flow" type option too. So here is the requests..

Since the recent update which fixed the "hide album artwork from the photo gallery" fix, the MUSIC is also hidden from other music players.
FYI, I have tuneWiki and Samsung Media player on a Galaxy S vibrant (froyo).

In cases when you have a poor data connection, it would be nice to be able to open up my subsonic and see all the music I have already downloaded (cached) on my device. Since I cant with my other media players anymore.
