Prevent music folders to be listed in the ALL list.

In subsonic you can add several folders from where you can have music files. In the left panel you can then select each folder individually in addition to select ALL folders.

I would like to be able to specify which folders that is to be listed in the ALL folder view.

The reason for that is that I have folders containing stuff that I do not want to be played when I play randomly from my collection that mostly consist of music that is organized in several music folders.

I have some folders containing recordings of meetings and similar stuff that is not that interresting to be picked randomly into a randomly picked playlist.

It would also be nice if you could make it possible on a per user basis to specify which folders that should *not* be listed for the user. And also that the administrator could filter out some folders for each user.

That would be three different, but similar requests in one go:
- Globally filter out folders from the ALL list.
- Allow the Administrator to filter out folders from each users folder list.
- Allow users to filter out folders from theyr list of folders.
