Simples playlists management requests (Move to top, etc)

Hi,

First, thanks for this excellent software !

In my opinion, 2 simple features for managing playlists would really improve the navigation :
- Move to top/bottom button (When you try to organize your songs in a long playlist, it is not that easy to move add a new music to the top of it. You have to clic a lot of time on the "move up"button, which is quite annoying when you have more than 10 songs. I think a "move to top/bottom" option should be great. Or even a "move 10 songs up/down" or something like this)
- Be able to see and use playlists that are not in your playlist folder (Simply by browsing in a directory that got playlists... Maybe you could add a simple icon like a "p" to show that it's not song but playlists.)

And one last thing, you should indicate on Subsonic homepage that browsing is mainly folder oriented. Because I was first thinking that it was one more software based only on tags like this shitty itunes that I hates, and I was first considering the use of Vibestreamer software instead. And then I discovered in your faq that it was not the case. It was a wonderfull surprise but I was very close to not even try your wonderfull soft !
