Support for ID3V2 tags?

Any possibility of adding more variables to support ID3V2 tagging options for transcoding/downsampling? As a classical music buff, I'd request:

%TCOM or %cp : (composer)
%TPE1 or %bd : (band or ensemble)
%TPE2 or %cd: (conductor)

Even if these were able to be merged into the existing artist and title fields, it would help.
