Guess this one is self explanatory. Crossfade from the end of one song to the next, with a configurable overlap in seconds. Should also work on "next" and "prev".

If you have a large playlist, "Play next" is needed. This will put a song, album or artist as the next item(s) in the queue. Another great playlist feature would be a wrap-around on the arrows moving tracks up/down in the playlist, moving the track from bottom-to-top or top-to-bottom.

Make it possible to search as you can in Spotify: Using attributes (or a separate query-by-form/advanced-search page). Making it possible to search for
artist:beatles year:1950-1968
or
artist:beatles –year:1968-2012
frace: artist:'the beatles' –year:1968-2012
attributes: title, artist, album, year, genre, bpm
operators: AND OR NOT + -

When searching, SS does not show all result. There should be a link on the bottom of the first result to a complete search result list.

On the bottom of the search result, there should be a button for playing/enqueuing the entire result.

When displaying the cover, one should select the cover to display in this order (the first found and if any is found): embedded in the file (ID3), in the current folder.
This would increase my SubSonic-experience by miles... :- )
