Android: "Save All" + Create local .m3u to downloa

*edit* it cut off my subject! "Save All" + Create Local .M3U to download playlists.

Actually Two features:
It would be nice to be able to have "Save All" save to a different folder on the SD card that is different from the cache folder that is automatically cleared out. I'd like to hide the cache folder from all other music apps, but not the Save All folder.

Also being able to Tap+Hold and Save All for playlists would be great. And when you Save All a playlist, have it create a local .M3U for that playlist on the sdcard for other music apps.
