User-Specific Ratings and Comments

Right now the comments and ratings are present, but not overly helpful.
Any user (with permission) can overwrite previous ratings and comments.

I suggest the following:
1) Implement user-specific ratings. Each user can determine his or her own preference of the album, but then all those ratings can be averaged to rate the album. This average would then determine the "Highest Rated" list of albums.

2) Include user specific commenting. Each user's comment is his or her own to edit (and the Admins). Below the list of tracks for an album, all user comments entered would appear, perhaps with their username.

Maybe the comments part is too www.last.fm - esque, but I think at least the ratings would be useful.

I totally agree! I've added your suggestions to my todo-list, and I hope to implement it in 2.9 or 3.0. (There are, however, 120 other items on my list, so I can't promise anything...)
