Playlist pagination

Hello,

I think that the playlist frame should be paginated (perhaps using a configurable number of items).

It takes ages to refresh otherwise if you have a long playlist and the server is not in the local network.

Hi Wiz,

I'm hoping to fix the playlist sluggishness by using AJAX (and thus avoid the reloading altogether). But I'll keep your suggestion in mind as an alternative.
