Stream Sound to Android Phone and on PC Simultaneously

I thought it would be nice to use my phone hooked to speakers on the patio and hear the same sound that was playing in the house on stereo where server was attached to. Not sure if this is possible but it would allow for sound to be extended to other zones in the house.
