Set default Caption cutoff for new users

Every time I add a new user to subsonic, I have to log in with their username and change the "Caption Cutoff" in Settings -> Personal ...

I always set it to 999 because I don't want there to be any limits.

Is there a way to set this as default?

Or even, I would like to suggest that the default value is set to 0, and then users can set a cutoff as they please themselves.
