Customized Subdomain/Domain upon approval

Sindre, I know this has probably been discussed somewhere already, but I did a search and found nothing... so here's my request

I'd like to be able to customize the subdomain/domain entry for the server so it lets you, upon approval [donation], choose what you would like to use as your domain/subdomain.

maybe allowing a choice between the subsonic subdomain and your own domain?
I personally am using my own domain at the moment - and would like the share feature to work correctly without it telling me the subdomain function isn't set up correctly.

Ditto this, I use ARR [application request routing in reverse proxy mode] to mask my actual subsonic location and would rather the share functionality point to my customised URI than the "real" one.. (Plus it means I have to expose an extra port that is not on ssl)

https://www.mydomain.com/music/ (ARR internally routes to) http://myip:81/music/ (note ARR also adds my own SSL which is bypassed by the share link as well as needing the extra port)
