Sorting user stats

This is a small request. If it's easy to modify, I can do it myself in the configuration if someone can point me in the right direction...

Is it possible to have the users that are listed on each stat of the user screen to be sorted alphabetically without regard for Caps? I have a user named 'Jere' that shows at the top of the list above 'admin' and a user 'jeremy' that is placed correctly in the middle of the list. I'd like to change it so that 'Jere' and 'jeremy' are right next to each other.

Like I said - it's a small request so if it's not possible... not a big deal.
