Cookie Validation Upon Login

My Specific Issue:
I have a guest account that I use for default access to my site. If a friend of mine wants to share it with someone else then they can login to my site as a guest and listen to music.

Often they will ask for their own account and I will set them up with an ID.

The issue is that they login and Subsonic looks at their cookie which has the Player Number listed. Even though they are logging in with their own ID the "Status", "Now Playing" and "User" still show the Guest login as that is the ID associated with the Player.

The only way to fix this is for me to ask them to delete their cookie and login again. I would never ask someone to delete all their cookies so I often have to walk someone through how to find a specific cookie and delete it.

My Request:
When logging in to Subsonic if the ID associated with the Player does not match the Login ID then a new player will be created.

How this would help others:
I imagine others have similar issues if they do a new install of subsonic and people are logging in with cookies that point to Player Numbers that are not the same as on the old setup.

I also imagine this same issue occurs if the admin deletes some players and they get used by someone else. Then when the original person with that player logs in the cookie points them to a player that is not associated with their ID.

That has been fixed in the upcoming 3.7 release
