Web Player Shuffle All Option

Postby alsobob » Sun Jun 12, 2011 5:16 am

Hi everybody,
I know it's been mentioned in other threads but I felt the need to say it again here so please don't hate me. For Subsonic to be the be all, end all music streamer, there has to be an option for users who use the web interface to have a shuffle all option. And it HAS to be easy. I'm letting my cousin use subsonic and her first question was, "is there a way to set it to random play?" I had no answer. Please, please, please institute a feature like iSub has on the Ipad.. that button that says shuffle all, it's perfect. Please enable this feature and put it on the main page, not in a drop down bar somewhere.. it should be right next to the volume bar.. if you do that, then this awesome software will be complete.

thanks!

I have to agree. This is very much missed.

I think we should have the same playing options on the home screen, as we got on the album/artist pages.

Here's another vote for adding the ability to shuffle my entire collection using the web player. If I'm working on something that will take all day, I'd like to be able to kick off some music in the morning and get no repeats until dinner time.
