Android App cache playlists, share videoplayer set bandwidth

Have thousand plus playlists and they only equal about 15mb in total folder size would be great if Android app could just cache these (&update on rescan) so it doesn't have to continually search, same with library function, over 8,000 albums almost always timesout if not at home or on a great network, I don't mind the little space it would take up.


Also when sharing videos no way to decrease bandwidth so it buffers frequently, would be nice to be able to set default bandwidth or have externalplayer.jsp have a drop down menu for bandwidth and minutes like regular video player does.
