Many android devices have really trashy headphone jacks. They loosen over time, causing various signals to be sent at the slightest jiggle of the connector. This is one reason why it is great to see an option to ignore headset buttons in the settings for the app. But it doesn't help for disconnect/reconnect... when the device thinks the jack was unplugged briefly. Currently, the app just assumes that everyone wants the music to stop whenever headphones are unplugged. I can see why that's a great default setting, but my request is that it be just that: a configurable setting.
I just can't use the app to listen to music unless I have everything sitting statically on a table. I'd like to be able to walk around and get things done while listening, but I rarely make it through one song. The disconnect/reconnect happens so fast that it won't be particularly distracting sound-wise... but it is very distracting to have to pull out the phone and start the music again (sometimes to have the music stop the moment I slide it back into my pocket).
I also imagine someone out there has a reason for just wanting the music to keep playing onto the speakers on disconnects... who knows, but options make everyone happy.
