Resumable podcast download?

I've a particularly unstable internet connection, currently. As a result, I end up seeing a ton of errors about java failing the download due to timeout and such, in the podcast page.

It seems, as well, that once the episode download fails, it is never resumed or re-attempted, unless manually selected and set to download.

I'd like to see the feature added, such that if a download fails, it is restarted automatically, or even better, resumed where left off if supported by server...
