I am - in general - very, very happy with Subsonic.

Sindre, you did a wonderful job over the years, and I guess that you consider it over and done with. And I do understand that. Still I have a 'Feature request'. In the last version, Subsonic does not 'see' .jpg's when there's no music file in that same folder.

There are many, many folders with sub-folders, i.e. CD1, CD2, CD3. The main folder does contain the scan of the box cover, but no MP3's, FLAC's or WMA's. In that case the box picture does not show up anywhere, and the pictures in the sub-folders do not show up either. In previous versions this was NOT the case: a picture in a main folder would be shown!

I hope it is a simple fix. Would you - please - consider repairing this issue? Thanks a lot.

I left personal messages in Sindre's mailbox, sent him email, donated more - to no avail. He seems not to be interested in this problem.

I've seen this a lot on my server with multi-disc albums, as the poster indicated. As long as the cover image file in the empty folder adheres to the "cover art files" settings it would be nice if it was used.
