I'm not a Linux expert, but I can't imagine it wouldn't run on Arch. Contact Madevil on the forum, or just post. There are some Linux guys over there that will help you with installation. If you can run Tomcat you can also just install the war version - that's what I run on Windows.

+1 on this, please! I thought I was losing my mind, I didn't know it was changed between 4.6 and 4.7. Sindre, please figure out an elegant way to implement this soon, thanks! Even if it means I select what tags are displayed during playback. Size of text is a different post, but in my car, I can't read any text - even on my Note II. Thanks!

Ok, I decided to take a previous commenters advice and try the Madsonic branch instead. Unfortunately, it too suffers from the exact same issue.
Talk about frustrating!
