REST 2.x API?

Anyone know if a future version of Subsonic (and/or the iOS client) will support the REST 2.x API?

I'm guessing you are talking about the Madsonic 2.0 API? I doubt the official Subsonic client is going to since its pointless to do work to help your competition out
