Avoid video downloads

I am new to subsonic, Do subsonic have an option to avoid shared users downloading the videos in any manner. In case if they try downloading using any third party tools, then the user account should be locked. Is such feature available in subsonic? I am about purchase pro account for subsonic server. But this is my primary requirement, so making sure before purchase.
