Support hebrew fonts

Hi,

It is more a bug than a feature, hope I am in the right place.
Some of the ID tag hebrew files are displayed correctly, and some are not.

I hope it can be fixed. It is reproduce since very old versions.
If I can help (give you example files) or anything else, I'll be glad.

IMHO that means that some of your files are correctly tagged and some are not.
Perhaps you need to use Subsonic's tagging function to correct the files that are not properly displayed.

Where is the tagging option location?
I've been looking over the settings at the web UI and didn't find one.

I've done also another "research" and find out that all ID tag of hebrew fonts are not displayed correctly.
The scenario which it displayed correctly with hebrew fonts are only when the name of the file is in hebrew and there is no ID tag at all.

In the webUI open one of your albums and on the top of the screen you'll see:
 | Play all | Play random | Add all | Download all | Edit tags | Comment

Unfortunately, that does not help.
It means I need to change all music collection of the hebrew fonts.
I hope as one of the feature list, it will be support hebrew fonts of ID3 Tag, since currently, it is not supported at all.
