Notification that Files Have Been Uploaded

It would be nice if there were some sort of notification on the home screen to indicate when new files have been uploaded. Also, having a log or listing of those files would be helpful. I understand that you can see recently added. But if someone else adds files, I send to the "incoming' folder so it can reviewed to ensure tags and such are correct before moving into my collection.

Sample:
"New files were uploaded to your collection on 3/13/2018. To see uploaded files, click here."

If you're running Subsonic on Windows you can use FolderSpy.
It will send you an email if the content of a folder is changed.
