Since I switched to PostGreSQL I've not had any stability issues (> 2 years).

In fact there are round about 270.000 Tracks because Sampler doubles Subsonic don't count and a lot of video. Subsonic is running at W10Pro 24/7 with a lots of Guests and I'm working at it so far every day, new albums, adding cover art, renaming files to my favoured style without any problems.
