The now playing icon needs to be more visual unique

I'm running 3.7 at the moment and usually use Subsonic in a Opera browser.

In the Cool and Clean theme, I feel the Now Playing icon that is used before the currently played track in the playlist should have been more visible. Like it is now it is barely noticeable. Putting in some yellow / orange image from one of the other themes cured the problem for me. But that will be gone when I update to newer versions.

Maybe showing the current played track with bold text could be equally good.
