Better ID3 Tag support........

I don't think the indexing would slow it down too much, especially once the initial indexing is done and cached. It would accomodate all users better if there was simply an option to "Organize Library by Folder Stucture" or "Organize Library by Tag Info". Organizing by tags allows for much more flexibility (sorting by genre or by song rating, also a feature that is still missing). The more flexible the software the better. Let the user choose how they would like their music organized.

+1 here because I have compilation by genre and I'd love to have album art stored in tag.

ID3 tag support would be great...especially in my case with album art. most of my album art is embedded in the actual files themselves (from itunes etc.) and now in subsonic a lot of that art is missing. i'd rather not go through all of it and manually download the art one by one

either way...subsonic is the bomb.

I think the current implementation is perfect! It's one of the reasons I use subsonic.
